When you subscribe to Bookforum, please provide a complete, correct delivery address. You can report address changes using the phone number, email, or postal address below. Subscribers can update their address by using our online form or contacting us directly.
If incorrect postal information is provided and delivery fails as a result, Bookforum cannot be held responsible, and cannot re-send missed issues. We ship all current and back issue orders via traceable courier service. If you provide an address that does not accept these services, or neglect to retrieve your package from a third-party facility, we are not responsible for non-delivery and will not cover re-delivery or returns costs.
We promise to deliver issues promptly, however, cannot guarantee against circumstances outside our control, such as those caused by customs.
Subscribers have access to our online archive via web registration. Logins are for individual subscriber use. The iPad edition is sold separately by iTunes. Under the terms and conditions under which Apple makes subscriptions available, it is impossible for Bookforum to provide free access to the iPad issues for our subscribers at this time. Bookforum regrets these circumstances.
Lost or damaged issue claims must be made within 2 months of original publication date for US subscribers, 3 months for international subscribers. You may make 3 claims per subscription term. Claims for the current issue will be honored after 15th of the month.
If you want to cancel your subscription and notify us within receipt of your first 2 issues, Bookforum will refund your account balance. Cancellation requests made after this time will be honored, but we regret that we are unable to provide a refund for remaining issues barring exceptional circumstances. Please note that refunds are issued in USD.
Bookforum is not responsible for fees incurred in bank or credit card transactions, such as currency conversion or wire transfer charges.
All terms and conditions outlined above also apply to agents or donors making purchases on behalf of individuals.
